We are excited to introduce Tanzania Peaberry, the first peaberry coffee in our lineup. It features mellow citrus zest, nutmeg, and almond notes with a tart acidity and smooth, candy-like sweetness.

Peaberries are a natural mutation where a single small, round bean forms instead of two flat beans, occurring in about 5–12% of a harvest. Though opinions vary on whether they offer a more concentrated flavor, their limited quantity and the extra sorting required often make them more sought-after.
