We are happy to introduce this roast from Timor! A great option for those that enjoy the dark roast flavour that comes from getting the bean to second crack. This coffee features notes of caramel apple, maple, milk chocolate, and herbal tones, with a full-bodied profile.

Timor FT Organic is produced by smallholder farmers who are part of the Cooperativa Café Timor (CCT), a large and well-established cooperative supporting sustainable farming in East Timor. These coffees are grown on small family plots and showcase the rich character of the Timor Hybrid varietal, known for its smooth body, balanced sweetness, and clean finish.
